Bring the Mediterranean lifestyle directly to Karlsruhe! On May 21, 2026, starting at 7 PM, we will transform the DOM into a lively Spanish Bodega. Experience an exclusive evening in cooperation with wine expert Daniel (VINIBERICA) and paella specialist Pierre Busam (Paella Pierre).

Enjoy a perfectly coordinated menu, while Daniel and Pierre guide you through the evening with exciting stories about wines and Spanish cuisine.

• Aperitivo & Tapas: Paper-thin Iberico ham (freshly sliced), the best olive oil, and selected olives – the perfect start to the evening.
